Hello fellow Realtor...
I know one thing that has been pounded into my brain since the first day I started taking real estate classes is “disclose, disclose, disclose”. I just want you to know I’m a Realtor. I will provide a non-compete document that I’m happy to sign when you decide you want your client or customer to hire me. The document assures you that I will not solicit them as real estate clients nor will I dispense real estate advice outside of my expertise in home staging. My personal approach in real estate is (and always has been) in real estate investment. Much of my background as a Realtor has helped me to understand the importance of staging to help properties sell.
